The recent use of dubbing in teaching English has become a popular method for many teachers. Dubbing is a form of re-recording in which the original dialogue in a film or television program is replaced by a new dialogue in a different language. Dubbing is often used in teaching English because it provides a more interactive and memorable experience for students.
I recently used dubbing to teach English to a group of students. I asked them to watch a series of short films and replace the dialogue in each film with their own English dialogue. This proved to be an effective way to practice their speaking skills, as they were able to hear their own voices and improve their pronunciation.
At first, the students were hesitant to dub, but they soon realized that it was an enjoyable and effective way to learn English. After they finished, we would discuss their dialogue and correct any mistakes. This allowed them to gain valuable feedback and practice their English language skills.
Overall, I found that dubbing was an effective and enjoyable way to teach English. It allowed the students to practice their speaking skills, gain valuable feedback and have a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend using dubbing in the classroom as a way to engage the students and make learning English an enjoyable experience.
